After purchasing a Panasonic 36 inch HD television I discovered it possessed a square picture after stating that I wanted a widescreen t.v. i was interested in exchanging it for a widescreen Sony television with the 16:9 capture ratio. Bernies of Newington Ct. wanted to charge me an additional $300 for repacking The Panasonic t.v. The original salesperson was previously let go from Circuit City & he lied about the fact that I wanted a widescreen television. In spite of their excellent prices I wouldn"t purchase another product from them.
