I did all the research and debated for months, but ended up with a 61 Samsung DLP, and absolutely love it  - unmatched HD quality, a much truer picture than LCD projection(to me the LCD's seemed to have an artifical color tone - but its really a matter of preference, and at 3,500 - a great deal.
