I just subscribed to Consumer Reports.org today because I need to replace my Sub Zero refrigerator. After 18 years it needs more repairs that I'm willing to spend. (BTW- Happy Thanksgiving!) I looked at the refrigerators that were rated but didn't see any counter depth models. There wasn't a category for that type. Does anyone know of a counter depth refrigerator that's been reviewed and received a positive rating? Also, does anyone know how to email the folks at Consumer Reports directly. I didn't see a link. Thanks. Richard

Hello Richard - - - (Happy Thanksgiving, returned!)

Go to top of any 'page or screen' ... "Customer Service" is the start - - - BUT - - - you will need to endure all of those very-silly 1,001 "F.A.Q." first!   ... they apparently hope that these will cause you to give up instead ... stick with it & eventually, there'll be a screen drop down for your Question --- Still More "F.A.Q."  then, you can 'click on' to Email....  very childish as well as absurd, i.m.o.!

Depending upon your "Statement" there is also that  "FEEDBACK" in blue over to the Middle Right, within My Membership Center!

Absolute 'zero' boxes will now ever successfully-compete w/ your current one!  all have dropped considerably over past decade w newer Freon + extremely-deceptive "Energy efficiency Redesign Criteria!"  plus Off-shore sourcing!

.... about the sole version to  hopefully-work any interval at all seems to be a plain Top Freezer, (2) door one without Any Ice or Water features (omit any w/ "Energy-efficiency IF possible, too) ... even an interior lamp seems to be beyond the manufacturers anymore, as several have caught fire!

(back) ...

Yes, I've had occasion to attempt that a few times ... certainly NOT-IN-THE-LEAST user-friendly!

The Kitchenaid Line offers a greater selection of your counter depth Models.
